I’m obsessed with this diffuser. No water, no messy oils just pop in the scent and hit start and my whole house smells incredible in minutes. I’ll be honest, it took me a bit to find a scent I really loved, but now I’ve got three on rotation and every single person who walks through the door comments on how good it smells in here. It’s basically a home upgrade disguised as a diffuser.

I’ve had my diffuser for about a year. I noticed one day, although I could hear the device was on, nothing was coming out. I did the obvious troubleshooting to no avail then emailed the company. Their initial response was a couple of days later, but then they continued to email until I could figure it out. I had a hard little blockage in the tube where the oil gets sucked out. I had originally thought it was just a discoloration until I thought to stick a toothpick in there. Once I cleared it, voila! Back in business. I was very impressed that Aura actually cared about my issue and gave me detailed instructions on troubleshooting. Then followed up 2 more times. My home smells amazing again and I will recommend this diffuser to everyone I know (like I did the 1st x I made the purchase.) love the Collin’s scent!
