Diffuser Warranty

Aura House is committed to providing you with high-quality scent diffusers and excellent after-sales service. This warranty statement outlines the terms and conditions regarding our warranty coverage.

Warranty Period: 1 year from delivery of diffuser

  • Within the warranty period, if your diffuser does not work properly after following all troubleshooting steps, you may be eligible to receive a new unit.
  • Photo and video proof may be required prior to processing your warranty.


The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

  • Damages caused by human error or improper operation of the machinery, including running water through the diffuser
  • Damages caused by unauthorized modifications
  • Consumable parts - atomizing core, PE gasket (spare parts have already been provided)

Claiming Warranty Service

If your product experiences any issues covered under the warranty, please follow the below steps to claim warranty service:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@aurahouse.com
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the subsequent steps to repair/replace the faulty unit or parts.

If our team instructs you to send your diffuser back, please remove any fragrance oil, neutralizer, or diffuser cleaner from inside the unit before shipping.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty service is only available within the specified warranty period and only covers issues that arise from manufacturing defects. Any damages or malfunctions outside of these conditions may require proper repairing or replacement at your own expense.
