Shipping policy

Here at Aura House, we diligently process and ship orders during business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow a processing time of 1-2 days, followed by an additional 5-7 days for standard delivery.

In the event that your chosen item is temporarily out of stock when you place your order, don't worry. We'll send you an email notification detailing the expected ship date for any backordered items, and we'll ship them out as soon as they become available.

For those with subscription items, you can easily manage your shipping details by creating an account, logging in, and visiting the 'Manage Subscription' dashboard. Feel free to pause or adjust shipping dates as needed.

Package Protection

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
