Received the product and when checking everything, a “free gift”was included but due to no instruction, haven’t the slightest idea what it is and how to use it. Literature also said an “ extra ring” was included nothing resembling a ring was found. I proceeded to follow instructions for set up! I plugged in the infuser but after 24 hours no aroma of my holiday /pine oil was noted! Upon rechecking my set up , I noted a black particle in the clear plastic tubing that is inserted in the scent bottle. Tried various methods to”unclog” tubing ! Tried for couple hours to remove particle using toothpick, paper clip, etc with no success. Didn’t want yo get to aggressive and cause permanent damage to tubing. Later that day , my son visited . I showed him my fustration with tubing making the infuser useless. He found a slimmer wire and finally opened it up but only after playing with it for an hour or more! Due to this experience , I thought that a “three” was the only appropriate approval vote! However, upon the obstacle removal I am enjoying the infuser and hope to order another aroma after the winter season like Dubai or Collins! Also , I contacted customer service with my problem and they responded within a reasonable time but didn’t have a resolution to my problem which , gratefully, my son was able to resolve and why I can say , I do love my infuser and hope to enjoy for a long time!
