    Stupid purchase

    What do you even do with these? They don’t go in your dispenser. You just opened them up and sniff them for $40. I think not dumbest purchase I have ever made.

    Had to return

    The order was received, but all the items smell the same except for one. When I ordered the Aura, I ordered the Dubai scent. The scent is not pleasing at all, so I ordered a sample collection. I smelled the entire sampler, and all of them smelled the same except for one. I will be returning both the Aura and the sampler. We tried to reach out to Aura house, but no one responded. No one answered the phone, responded to texts, or replied to the emails. Finally, after sending the information and trying to make contact, I finally received a response.

    Too much for a sample (overall cost)

    Plus, I was told by customer service, that I can't exchange an open scent without first ordering this ($40) purchase of samples. Not impressed so far with customer service. But hey, that got me hooked in with a diffuser, so guess I'm attached to this brand now.
