The program

Aura House sends recurring marketing and promotional text messages about new scents, restocks, offers and your subscription. Messages are sent using automated technology.

Joining

You can opt in in the Aura House app, at checkout, or on our website. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 and the authorized subscriber or account holder of the mobile number you give us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Aura House does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation and no further marketing texts. In the Aura House app you can also turn texts off under Profile › Notifications. Stopping marketing texts does not stop messages you have asked for, such as sign-in codes and order updates.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Your information

We handle what you give us under our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers provided for text messages are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
