Subscription Policy

By purchasing a fragrance oil or neutralizer subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Subscription Policy. This policy is designed to provide clarity on the subscription process, billing, cancellation, and other relevant details.


Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans to cater to your needs. Each plan comes with its own pricing, frequency of delivery, and product quantities. You can choose the plan that best suits your preferences.


Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Your payment details will be stored securely. Apple Pay does not support American Express cards for subscriptions at this time. This is not an Aura House policy, but an Apple Pay policy.


Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. However, subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the new pricing.


Subscription Modifications

You can modify your subscription details, such as the fragrance oil selection or shipping address, by accessing your account settings. Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.


Cancellation

Luxe Memberships require a 3-month commitment. After that period, you may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team. Any cancellations prior to the end of the 3-month commitment will require paying the difference in diffuser and oil price from original retail value.


Returns

Returns made for products purchased as a subscription will not cancel your subscription. You must go into your customer portal and manually cancel your subscription if you wish to.


Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Time – Fragrance oils will be shipped according to your selected subscription frequency.

Shipping Charges – Shipping charges may apply, and they will be clearly communicated during the subscription setup.
