How diffusion works

Your diffuser alternates between bursts of diffusion and short pauses — this produces a more consistent fragrance experience than continuous diffusion.

The interval cycle changes based on the intensity setting you choose. Higher intensity means longer mist time and shorter pauses, which means stronger scent in the room but faster bottle use. Lower intensity stretches the same bottle across more hours.

Hours are estimates based on a 30ml fragrance oil bottle. Actual usage varies depending on how many hours per day the diffuser runs.

If your diffuser goes quiet between mist bursts, that's normal — not a fault.

Coverage and room size

The Aura Scent Diffuser is designed to cover spaces of 650 sqft. or more. For larger open-plan areas or commercial spaces, the HVAC Scent Diffuser handles up to 2,500 sqft. Both figures are estimates and will vary depending on ceiling height, ventilation, and how open the space is.

If your scent feels too faint, try moving the diffuser to a more central location or increasing the intensity slightly. If it feels too strong, move to a larger room or lower the intensity before making any other changes.
