Most diffuser issues are setup-related and can be resolved in a few minutes. Tell us what is going on and we will walk you through it.

V1 diffusers

If you have a V1 diffuser (shipped before August 2025), please contact our support team directly. V1 units are checked for direct replacement eligibility.

My diffuser isn't mistingNo mist coming out, faint output, or the unit seems to be running but nothing is happening.
The scent is too strongThe fragrance feels overwhelming in your space — try a few quick adjustments first.
Not turning onNo lights, no sound, no signs of power.
Not working after a few weeks or monthsWorked fine at first, then gradually weakened or stopped.
