Not turning on

If your diffuser will not power on, check the basics below before requesting a replacement part or support.

Check that the power cord is fully seated at both the diffuser and the wall adapter. Look for any visible damage along the cord. Try a different outlet or power strip. Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it is working. Confirm the power switch or button is engaged. On the V3, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the indicator light appears. Reset the unit by unplugging for 60 seconds, then plug back in and power on again. Wait up to 3 minutes for the diffuser to start.
