Does someone have to turn it on every day?
No. Set the days, times and intensity once in the Aura House app and it runs on its own. It rests when you're closed, so oil isn't spent on an empty room.
How much space does one diffuser cover?
About 650 sq ft. A front room plus a back room, or a larger open floor, is a two-diffuser space.
Is there water to refill or a flame to watch?
Neither. It's cold-air diffusion. The 30 mL oil bottle goes straight into the diffuser, with no water, no heat and no flame.
Which scent should I start with?
Start with one of our bestsellers. Collins is bright and polished, Coast is fresh and breezy, Dubai is rich and warm, and Manifest is warm and quiet. Each space type above has a suggestion. Not right for your space? Trade it within 30 days.
Will it be too strong for clients?
You set the intensity in the app, and you can lower it for quieter hours.
What if it isn't right for us?
Diffusers bought on aurahouse.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery, and every diffuser carries a one-year warranty from delivery. The return and warranty policies on aurahouse.com have the details.
Where does my partner code go?

Is there a commitment on the subscription?
No. Change, pause or cancel your deliveries whenever you like. If you subscribe to three or more oils, the free diffuser stays yours either way.
How long does a bottle last?
It depends on the setting. Our scent duration chart puts a 30 mL bottle at about 118 hours of running on the lowest setting and about 59 hours on the second. Through an eight-hour day, that's about two weeks on the lowest setting or about one week on the second. The diffuser runs in short bursts, not continuously.
