My diffuser isn't misting

Most misting issues are setup-related and resolve in a few minutes. Work through each step below.

Check the fragrance oil level. The bottle should be at least one-quarter full. Remove and reseat the bottle if it feels loose. Confirm the diffuser is upright on a flat, stable surface. Tilting or uneven placement can interrupt mist output. Clean the pipette and nozzle. Power off the unit, remove the oil bottle, and gently wipe the pipette tip with a soft, dry cloth. Increase the intensity setting using the dial on the unit or the Aura House app. Start at a mid level and adjust as needed. Power cycle the diffuser. Unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, and wait 2–3 minutes before checking for mist again.
