Check the basics
- 1. Confirm the interval setting — diffusers alternate between bursts and pauses, this is normal.
- 2. Ensure the protective aluminum seal on the fragrance oil bottle is fully removed.
- 3. Make sure the oil bottle is screwed on tightly with no gaps.
- 4. Confirm the atomizing head is secured tightly to the diffuser body.
Check power
If your diffuser isn't turning on at all, or seems to turn on and off on its own, start here.
- 1. A quick reminder on V3 schedules. The V3 runs on built-in preset windows (5:30–7:30 AM and 5:30–7:30 PM). Outside those, it can appear off when it's actually working normally. See Bluetooth app for the full breakdown and how to customize them.
- 2. Adapter and outlet. Make sure the adapter is plugged firmly into both ends, and test the outlet by plugging in another device — a lamp or phone charger works.
Try a different scent
If you have another fragrance oil on hand, this last step can help narrow down whether the issue is specific to a particular blend or to the diffuser itself.
Some fragrance blends flow a bit differently than others — what feels like a misting issue can occasionally be scent-specific. Swap your current oil for another scent you already own, run the diffuser, and see if it mists with the new one.
