The scent is too strong

If the fragrance feels overpowering, try adjusting intensity, room placement, or airflow before contacting support.

Lower the intensity setting on the diffuser dial or in the Aura House app. Start at the lowest level and increase gradually until the scent feels comfortable. Move the diffuser farther from where you sit or sleep. Cold air diffusion fills a room quickly, so extra distance often helps in smaller spaces. Match intensity to room size. Large open areas may need a higher setting, while bedrooms and bathrooms usually need a lower one. Improve ventilation by opening a door or window slightly, or run the diffuser on a schedule instead of continuously.
