Run a clean cycle
Buildup in the atomizing core is the most common cause of degraded performance. Oil residue collects in the precision parts of the diffuser head over time, blocking the airflow needed to mist properly.
- 1. Unscrew the atomizing head and remove your fragrance oil bottle.
- 2. Twist the Diffuser Cleaner (30ml) into the atomizing head and reattach it to the diffuser body.
- 3. Run the diffuser for 10 minutes at 80% intensity (the fourth light).
- 4. Once done, remove the cleaner and reattach your fragrance oil.
We recommend running a clean cycle once a month, or whenever you switch scents, to keep the diffuser performing at its best.
Check the pipette
The pipette is the internal tube that draws oil from the bottle into the atomizing chamber. If it's cracked, bent, or clogged with old residue, oil won't reach the diffuser head properly. Inspect it for any visible damage or buildup, and clean or replace if needed.
Wipe the atomizing nozzle
The atomizing tip can collect residue over time, especially with frequent use. Wipe the nozzle with a dry cloth monthly to keep it clear. Avoid using water or solvents, a dry cloth is enough.
