Not working after a few weeks

Performance can drop over time if the diffuser needs cleaning or a fresh bottle of oil. Follow these maintenance steps first.

Deep clean the diffuser. Power off, remove the oil bottle, and wipe the pipette, nozzle, and bottle contact area with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water inside the unit. Replace or swap the fragrance oil. Old or low oil can reduce output. Use a fresh Aura House bottle and ensure it is seated securely. Inspect the PE gasket and pipette for wear or residue buildup. Clean gently or request a replacement from our damaged parts article if needed. Run a full reset and maintenance cycle. Unplug for 60 seconds, plug back in, set intensity to mid, and allow 3–5 minutes of run time before judging performance.
