Delayed shipments

If your package is still in transit after 10 business days, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

When to contact us

If your order has been in transit for 10 or more business days since the shipping confirmation date and has not been delivered, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.

Replacement policy

For packages still in transit after 10 business days, Aura House will ship a replacement order at no additional charge. You do not need to wait for the original shipment to be returned before we send a replacement.

Note

If the original package arrives after a replacement has been sent, please contact us. We may ask you to return the duplicate items or refuse delivery of the second package.

What we need from you

When you reach out, include your order number and any tracking information from your shipping confirmation email. This helps us locate your package and process a replacement quickly.
