What to do first

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest delivery status.
  2. Look around your property — porches, mailrooms, and side doors.
  3. Ask neighbors or building staff if they received the package.
  4. Wait 10+ business days from the last tracking update before contacting us.

If you have Route Package Protection

If you added Route at checkout, you can file a claim directly at claims.route.com. Claims for packages marked as delivered should be filed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from delivery.

Stuck in transit for more than 10 days?

If your package has been in transit for more than 10 business days without delivery, contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if needed.
