Processing time

Once an order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

To track your order

1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Aura House.
2. Click the "Track Package" link in the email.
3. Allow up to 7 business days for delivery after your order ships.

Haven't received a shipping confirmation?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.
