If your order hasn't been processed yet

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. If you contact us before your order enters processing, we can usually update your shipping address, items, or cancel the order entirely.

If your order has already been processed

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the contents or destination. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the package arrives.

To request changes

Contact our support team at support@aurahouse.com or call 1-855-448-3864 with your order number. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of making changes.

Note

Luxe Membership orders have a 3-month commitment. Cancellations before the commitment period ends may require paying the difference from original retail value.
