Damaged parts

If a component of your diffuser arrives damaged or wears out over time, individual parts can be replaced without replacing the full unit.

What can be replaced

These V3 diffuser components can be replaced individually:

  • Pipette — the narrow tube that draws fragrance oil into the atomizing head. Replace if cracked, bent, or clogged beyond cleaning.
  • Power cord — the cable connecting your diffuser to the wall adapter. Replace if frayed, bent at the connector, or no longer delivering power.
  • PE gasket — the small seal between the oil bottle and the atomizing head. Replace if worn, torn, or causing leaks at the bottle connection.
Note

The diffuser body, atomizing head, and wall adapter are not sold as individual replacement parts. Contact support if those components are damaged.

Request a replacement

To request a replacement pipette, power cord, or PE gasket, contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include photos of the damaged part if possible — this helps us send the correct component.

Installing replacement parts

Always power off and unplug your diffuser before replacing any part.

  1. Pipette: Remove the atomizing head, detach the old pipette, and press the new pipette firmly into place before reattaching the head.
  2. PE gasket: Remove the oil bottle, peel off the old gasket from the bottle neck, and press the new gasket evenly around the rim.
  3. Power cord: Unplug the old cord from the diffuser base and wall adapter, then connect the replacement cord securely at both ends.

After installing any replacement part, run the diffuser briefly at a low intensity to confirm everything is seated correctly before returning to your normal schedule.
