Return eligibility

You may return most items within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, products must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging with all included components
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to start a return

1. Contact our support team at support@aurahouse.com or call 1-855-448-3864 with your order number.
2. Let us know which items you would like to return and the reason for the return.
3. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable.
4. Pack items securely in their original packaging and ship them back within 14 days of approval.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
