Swap anytime

The Scent Swap program is built around flexibility. As a Luxe member or fragrance oil subscriber, you can swap to a different scent whenever you are ready for something new — not just on your regular delivery date.

Whether you want a lighter scent for summer, a cozy note for the holidays, or simply want to try something different, Scent Swap makes it easy to keep your home smelling exactly how you want.

How to swap your scent

You can swap your scent in two ways:

1. Customer portal: Log in at aurahouse.com/account, open your subscription, and select Swap scent. Choose your new fragrance and confirm.
2. Contact support: Submit a request with your account email and the scent you would like to switch to. Our team will process the swap within 1–2 business days.

Who is eligible

Scent Swap is available to active Luxe members and fragrance oil subscribers in good standing. One-time oil purchasers can upgrade to a subscription to unlock swap access and member pricing.

Billing & shipping

When you swap scents, your next scheduled delivery is updated to reflect your new selection. If you swap between billing cycles, the new scent ships on your existing schedule at your member rate.

Need a scent sooner than your next delivery date? You can place a one-time add-on order through the customer portal or contact support to expedite a swap shipment.
