Cancel subscription

You can cancel your Luxe subscription through the customer portal or by submitting a cancellation request.

Luxe membership commitment

Luxe Memberships require a 3-month commitment. After that period, you may cancel at any time with no additional fees. Cancellations before the end of the 3-month commitment may require paying the difference in diffuser and oil price from original retail value.

Note

If you are unsure whether your commitment period has ended, log in to your customer portal or contact support with your account email.

How to cancel

You have two options to cancel your subscription:

  1. Customer portal: Log in at aurahouse.com/account, select your subscription, and follow the cancellation steps.
  2. Cancellation request: Submit a cancellation request and our team will process it within 1–2 business days.

What happens after cancelling

Cancellations made after your billing date apply to the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive any orders already processed. Your lifetime diffuser warranty and member pricing benefits end when your subscription is cancelled.
