Common reasons payments fail
Subscription payments may be declined for several reasons:
- Expired or cancelled credit or debit card
- Insufficient funds at the time of billing
- Updated billing address that does not match your card on file
- Bank fraud protection blocking recurring charges
- Card limit reached for the billing period
We automatically retry failed payments over several days. Update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid a gap in your subscription.
Update your payment method
- Log in to your customer portal at aurahouse.com/account.
- Navigate to your active Luxe subscription.
- Select Payment method and enter your updated card details.
- Save your changes. We will retry the charge automatically.
If your bank blocked the charge, contact them to authorize recurring payments from Aura House before updating your card.
