Your customer portal handles most of what you'd want to change about your subscription — products, scents, address, payment, and delivery timing. Here's what you can do, and how.
Accessing your customer portal
To log in:
- Head to the Login page on aurahouse.com.
- Enter the email and password associated with your Aura House account.
If you haven't set a password yet, click Forgot your password on the login page. We'll email you a link to create one. That password will be your login going forward.
Forgot your password anytime? Just click Forgot your password on the login page to reset it. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam or junk folder.
Swap your scent
Inside your subscription, you can swap your scent anytime before your next order processes. There are a few ways to do it, but the easiest is:
- From your dashboard, click View Your Next Order on the right side.
- Scroll down and click Swap Scent.
- Select the fragrance you'd like to try next and confirm.
Easy as 1, 2, 3.
Pause, skip, or reschedule deliveries
Need to adjust your delivery timing? If you're a standard subscriber or a Luxe member who's completed the 3-month commitment, you can do any of the following self-serve through your portal.
To skip your next delivery:
- Click View Your Next Order on the right side of your dashboard.
- Click Swap Entire Order and follow the prompt to skip.
To pause your subscription for a month:
- Click Manage Subscriptions from the side navigation.
- Click Pause for 1 Month.
To change your delivery pace:
- Scroll down to the Your Delivery Pace section.
- Select the new pace you'd like.
- Click Save New Pace.
Luxe members within the 3-month commitment aren't able to pause, skip, or reschedule during the commitment. Deliveries run on the standard monthly schedule during this window, and all of these self-serve options unlock once the commitment ends.
Change shipping address
Update your shipping address anytime through your portal.
The quickest way:
- From your dashboard, scroll down to your Next Order section.
- Click the Edit Address button on the next order.
Or, alternatively:
- Click Address and Payment Details on the right side of your dashboard.
- Click Manage Addresses.
- Edit or add a new address, then save.
Changes apply to upcoming and future orders as long as they're made before your next order begins processing. See Change shipping address for full instructions.
Update your payment method
Keeping your payment information up to date prevents any interruption in your deliveries.
- Click Address and Payment Details on the right side of your dashboard.
- Click Manage Payment Methods.
- Add a new card or edit your existing one, then save.
Updates apply to future orders as long as they're made before your next billing date.
Cancellations
You're not locked in and you can cancel your subscription anytime. Where and how depends on where you are in your subscription. Here's what to expect:
If you're a standard subscriber, or a Luxe member outside the 3-month commitment, you can cancel directly in your customer portal, no need to reach out to our team. Just:
- Click Manage Subscriptions from the side navigation.
- Follow the cancellation prompt.
That's it. No fees, no review, no back-and-forth. Your subscription ends on your own timing, whenever you're ready.
If you're a Luxe member still within the 3-month commitment, cancellations during the commitment window go through a quick review with our team. The 3-month commitment is what allowed your 20% member pricing, so we need to take a look at your account before processing — but no worries, it's a fast review.
Feel free to submit a Cancellation Request anytime and we'll get back to you within the same business day. We'll confirm all the details with you before any changes are made to your account.
