Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Aura House fragrance oils are formulated specifically for Aura Scent Diffusers and cold-air nebulization. Never dilute them with water.
Bottle life depends on intensity. Based on a 30ml bottle: Level 1 lasts about ~118 hours of active diffusion, Level 2 (recommended starting point) about ~59 hours, Level 3 about ~39 hours, and Level 4 about ~30.5 hours. Actual days vary with how many hours per day your diffuser runs. Learn more
Yes. On the diffuser, the bottom button cycles intensity (LED lights show the level). The recommended starting point is 2 lights. You can also set intensity and schedules in the Aura House app. Learn more
Remove the protective aluminum seal from the bottle, twist the fragrance oil firmly onto the atomizing head, reseat the magnetic top, then power on and choose your intensity or schedule. Never dilute Aura House oils with water.

Unopened fragrance oils can be returned within 60 days if unused and in original packaging. Opened or used fragrance oils are not eligible. Start a return with our return request form. terrible. i loved the idea and it had to be returned because it was too strong and activated my asthma symptoms. I called mult. times and spoke only to AI. I was granted the return and followed the directions and mailed it back. I did follow up with 2-3 more calls to AI but still have not received my money back. I don't know why and it this is read by a human, maybe I would get some help. Very unfortunate to carry business like this. Very disappointed and I don't mine telling anyone I know of my expierence.

This scent really impressed me. The fragrance notes sounded interesting, and I can confirm it's a fantastic combination. The scent is earthy yet elevated, and not overpowering like I've found a few of the most popular Aura scents to be. Would definitely repurchase this scent.

I had such high hopes for this scent given the description. I thought it would be the perfect home fragrance but turned out to be weirdly suffocating and perfume-y. It wasn’t fresh smelling at all, rather more like a stuffy old lady’s home filled with doilies. I then tried the Lavender de Provence and it was even worse! Again, a super “choky” scent that smelled like old, sachets my Nana would use in her underwear drawer. Absolutely awful. So far there is nothing fresh, clean or herbal as indicated by the descriptions about these scents. I am giving one more scent a go —Yellowstone—and if it follows the same path as the first two scents, I’m tossing everything into the garbage. A shame, since the diffusers themselves are great.
