• One fragrance per customer. The Scent Fit Guarantee is a single exchange — one scent at a time, not multiple at once.
• Opened or unopened bottles both work. What matters is that this is the fragrance you'd like to trade for something different.
• Have multiple unopened scents to send back? That's a different process — see our Return policy instead.

2. Submit the Scent Fit Guarantee Request with what you'd like to try.
3. Our team reviews and confirms within 1–2 business days.
4. Your replacement fragrance ships at no cost.

For subscribers: this doesn't change your subscription. The Scent Fit Guarantee exchanges only your current scent, it does not automatically replace the scent in your subscription. Your next subscription order will still ship with your original scent unless you ask us to update it too.

When you submit your request, let our team know if you'd also like your subscription scent updated to the new fragrance and we'll take care of both at the same time.
